Marla is young, beautiful and enjoys life to the full. There is only one thing left: she would like to have an IUD used for birth control, but she eschews the cost of the procedure. Then comes the offer from her old childhood friend Dr. Lourdes just in time. He offers her, allegedly out of an old bond, to perform the procedure free of charge.
